A panel system was designed in order to mask the existing electrical panels on the wall and to add storage to the office.  This new system utilizes a garage door pulley system paired with welded steel counterweights. The panels can be raised or lowered to easily access the electrical panels using the handle that runs along the front. The division of the piece into four panels emphasizes the verticality of the space.  Panels are painted with dry erase paint to facilitate note taking during meetings.  This movable panel system allows for more storage within the office, and makes the office much more inviting.   ​​
